Our three bases are Palm Coast and Tampa Bay, Florida, plus Houston, Texas. Residential and low-voltage work stays in Florida, around Palm Coast on the east coast and Tampa Bay on the Gulf side. The Houston base puts an engineer on site for business IT and school visits. Managed IT for businesses and fractional K–12 IT clients are served nationwide, remote-first, with on-site support scoped per engagement.

Working base
Our principal is based in Tampa. Residential and low-voltage projects in the Tampa Bay metro and the surrounding counties are handled from here. This is also the primary base for K–12 fractional IT clients along the I-4 corridor.

Engineering base
Our engineer works from Katy, on Houston's west side. On-site business IT and K–12 school visits across the metro are handled from this base; residential and low-voltage work remains a Florida service.

Nationwide for K–12 and managed IT.
Fractional IT leadership and managed IT are delivered remote-first, with onsite visits scheduled monthly or quarterly depending on tier. We serve K–12 schools nationwide — private, Catholic, independent, and public. Business IT clients are anywhere we can reach reliably; remote management handles the rest. For clients beyond our Florida and Texas bases, on-site work is scoped per engagement and coordinated by us.
Travel within 60 miles of a base (Palm Coast or Tampa Bay, Florida, or Houston, Texas for business and K–12 engagements) is included in retainer fees. Beyond that radius, mileage is billed at the IRS standard rate; overnight stays are pre-approved and billed at cost. For schools further afield, we plan onsite visits efficiently — typically full-day or 2-day blocks to minimize travel overhead.
On-site work beyond our bases is scoped per engagement: where your service tier includes onsite visits, those visits count toward them; anything beyond is pre-approved and billed as a pass-through at cost. One invoice, one point of contact, no markup surprises.
