What we manage end-to-end
The IT model that worked five years ago is broken.
Most growing businesses outgrow break-fix support and tap-on-the-shoulder tech but can't justify a full IT hire. Mars Network sits in that gap on a flat monthly fee — so you stop paying by the hour and start paying for outcomes.
Three tiers. Flat per-user pricing. No surprises.
All tiers require a 5-user minimum. Every engagement starts with a 30-day onboarding sprint that inventories, secures, and documents your environment before steady-state support begins.

Alex Marsaglia
IT Manager, K–12 / SMB managed services provider
15+ years operational IT leadership
An operator who actually ran an MSP — and ran one well.
Before Mars Network, Alex spent nine years at MPC Inc. running managed IT services for multiple K–12 and SMB clients. Server migrations, virtualization deployments, secure wireless, backup and DR strategy, senior escalation lead. The kind of operational depth you can't fake with a sales pitch.
Today, that same operational mindset gets applied to a small portfolio of businesses that want IT done right — not done cheap. Every account gets executive-level attention because we deliberately keep the client list short.
Common questions.
What business owners and ops leaders ask before signing the first MSP agreement of their career.
What size of business is this for?
Sweet spot is 5 to 100 employees. Below 5 users, a flat-rate MSP usually doesn't pencil out — we'll point you toward project-based help instead. Above 100, you're likely at the point where an in-house IT team makes sense; we can scope something hybrid.
What does "managed" actually mean?
You pay one flat fee per user per month. In exchange, we handle everything in the tier you selected — proactively, not just when you call. We track ticket volume and report it in every business review.
What if we already have an IT person?
Common scenario. We can either supplement (we handle infrastructure, security, and after-hours; they handle hands-on user support), or we take over and the existing person transitions or stays under our supervision. Either works.
How does onboarding work?
First 30 days are a focused sprint: inventory every asset, deploy our management agents, secure every account (MFA, EDR), document the network, test backups, and meet the team. By day 30 we know your environment better than anyone has in years.
Do you handle our existing vendors?
Yes. Professional and Enterprise tiers include vendor management — we're your single point of contact for ISPs, line-of-business app support, copier vendors, anything tech-adjacent. No more "call the printer guy, then call IT, then call back."
What if we have offices outside Florida?
Remote management covers most of the work wherever you are. Our engineer at the Houston, Texas base handles on-site visits across the metro. Anywhere else, on-site work is scoped per engagement and coordinated by us, so you still have one point of contact.
What about compliance — HIPAA, PCI, CMMC, SOC 2?
Enterprise tier includes compliance program support. We don't certify you (no MSP can — that's the auditor's job), but we configure controls, document evidence, and walk you through the audit prep.
What happens after hours?
Depends on tier, and it's spelled out in your agreement. Essential covers business-hours support. Professional and Enterprise add 24/7 response for critical incidents — a down server at 2am gets answered at 2am.
Tired of the break-fix grind?
Start with a no-pitch 30-minute call. Bring your current IT bill, the last cybersecurity incident you'd rather not talk about, and your biggest tech headache. We'll talk through whether managed IT is the right move.
