RESIDENTIAL, LOW-VOLTAGE & CUSTOM HOMES

Technology that should feel invisible.

Low-voltage and smart-home work: automation, structured cabling, and network installation for custom homes and small businesses in Palm Coast, Tampa Bay, and across Florida.

Built for the projects most installers don't want to be careful with.

Custom-home builders, owners going through major renovations, and small businesses that need their technology to just work. We're not the big-box installer — we're the one your architect quietly recommends.

What we install.

Six services that cover the wiring, networking, and automation needs of a modern home or office.

Smart Home Automation

Lighting, climate, audio, video, locks, shades, and security woven into one intuitive system. We work in the platforms that play nicely with custom homes — Control4, Lutron, Sonos, Ubiquiti — and we keep the install clean enough that you forget it's there.

Whole-Home Audio & Video

In-ceiling and on-wall speakers, distributed audio zones, theater rooms, outdoor speakers. We design the rooms before the drywall goes up so the cabling is right the first time.

Structured Cabling

Cat6 and Cat6A copper, fiber, coax, and conduit pulls during the construction phase. Patch panels and racks documented properly so the next service call doesn't require an archaeology dig.

Wi-Fi & Network Infrastructure

Whole-home Wi-Fi designed with site surveys — not guessed at. Access points, switches, VLANs for IoT and guest networks, and a router that doesn't choke when the family is on four streams at once.

Surveillance & Access Control

IP camera systems with PoE, NVRs, app access, and proper sight-lines. Card-reader and keypad access control for businesses, vacation properties, and ADUs.

On-Site IT Support

On-demand IT support for home offices, small businesses, and short-term residential needs. Network troubleshooting, email and printer setup, the works.

How a project runs.

Three phases, clear deliverables, no surprises in week three.

STEP 01

Walkthrough

Site visit (or plans review for new construction). We map the rooms, the network closet, and the where-does-the-TV-go conversations.

STEP 02

Design & Quote

Itemized proposal with equipment list, cabling plan, and a clear scope. Approved in writing before any work starts.

STEP 03

Install & Document

Clean installation, labeled cabling, a tested-and-signed-off network, and documentation you can hand to the next installer if you ever need to.

WHY MARS NETWORK

15+ years of running networks. One small firm doing it right.

Mars Network Services is led by Alex Marsaglia: 15+ years in IT, including Director of IT at a Florida Catholic high school, IT manager at a K–12/SMB managed services provider, and university CIS faculty. The same person who walks your jobsite is the one wiring it.

Documentation is part of the deliverable on every project. Labeled cabling, a network diagram, and a runbook so the next contractor or homeowner doesn't have to start from scratch.
