I already have a website. Do I need the bundle?
No. Essentials and Professional drop onto your existing site with one line of code. The bundle is for businesses that need the site rebuilt (or built) too.
What if my prices or hours change?
Tell us and it's updated, same-day on Professional. A weekly automated check also watches your site for changes so the assistant never drifts out of date.
Is my customers' data safe?
Conversations aren't used to train anything, leads are stored encrypted and backed up nightly, and we never sell or share data. For schools we go further: public info only, no student records, ever.
Is there a contract?
The AI assistant and Mara phone plans are month to month. Mara Managed kiosk plans run 24 months because we supply the kiosk hardware. If we build your website, the domain is registered in your name from day one and goes with you.
