15+ years of running IT. One small firm doing it well.
Who Mars Network Services is built around.
Mars Network Services is a Florida-registered company led by Alex Marsaglia: 15+ years in IT, including Director of IT at a Florida Catholic high school, IT manager at a K–12/SMB managed services provider, and university CIS faculty.
Prior leadership roles also include IT manager for a managed services firm serving K–12 and SMB clients, with operational ownership of annual technology budgets exceeding $500,000. Areas of deep technical expertise: Microsoft 365 administration and migrations, Google Workspace administration, enterprise identity (Active Directory, Entra ID, Google), cybersecurity governance, and the FERPA and accreditation work that underpins K–12 technology.
The firm operates from three bases, Palm Coast and Tampa Bay, Florida, plus Houston, Texas: the registered office in Palm Coast, the principal's working base in Tampa Bay, and our engineer's base covering the Houston metro for business and school clients. We take on a small number of clients at a time so that every house, business, or school we serve gets executive attention — not a passed-down ticket.

How we work.
A few operating principles you'll notice in every project, every retainer, every conversation.
Small client list, on purpose.
We take on a few clients at a time so the work is actually done well. If we're full, we'll tell you and recommend someone good.
Documentation is the deliverable.
Every install gets labeled cabling, a network diagram, and a runbook. Every retainer gets a written 12-month roadmap.
We say no when it's right.
Not every project fits our model. If a different installer or MSP is the right call, we'll tell you — and recommend one.
Want to talk?
Easiest way to get to know how we work is a 30-minute call. We'll trade questions and figure out if there's a fit.
